Tesla’s latest patent reveals an advanced wireless charging system designed to let electric vehicles, like their future Robotaxis, charge without manual plugging. AI’s ideas were rated significantly more novel, though challenges remain, such as issues with self-evaluation and limited diversity in outputs. This research suggests that AI can indeed spark innovation and accelerate scientific discovery, addressing one of the key questions in the AI field.
